Manager - Wellness Outreach

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute referral marketing plans to increase patient inflow
• Identify, onboard and manage relationships with referral partners
• Plan and supervise marketing campaigns (digital, content, PR, events)
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Lead and mentor marketing team members
• Monitor marketing budgets, ROI and monthly KPIs
• Ensure compliance with healthcare advertising guidelines
• Provide regular reports to senior management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with relevant industry experience preferred
• 3–6 years of experience in healthcare marketing or business development
• Strong networking, negotiation and presentation skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and referral systems
• Ability to work with clinical and administrative teams
