Join the Workforce Planning team at SG28, leading strategic workflow and demand operations for the Technology organization in India.


The team focuses on strategically managing billing workflows-translating Finance inputs into actionable processes, executing corrections in TheWorkforceHub (TWH), ensuring system stability, and establishing clear ownership and SLAs to drive operational excellence.


You'll collaborate with Finance to finalize monthly billing rates and headcount billing, manage TWH system administration, and align demand planning with real estate strategy. This role involves close engagement with Finance teams, business leaders, and real estate stakeholders across India and the US to ensure seamless execution.


You'll gain exposure to enterprise platforms like TWH and lead testing and development cycles for tool enhancements. With a solid emphasis on process innovation and cross-functional collaboration, this position is ideal for someone eager to drive operational efficiency and digital transformation.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks
  • Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation
  • Lead the India and PHL Billing Process by coordinating with India & US Finance, and Business teams to streamline workflows and process mapping
  • Oversee demand management for India and PHL, including location strategy alignment and demand approval guidelines in partnership with Real Estate
  • Strengthen and standardize the demand validation process to reduce pushbacks and improve requisition accuracy
  • Manage workforce tool, TheWorkforceHub (TWH) System Administration, including finalizing development requirements, leading UAT, and providing sign-off on releases
  • Supervise team members supporting billing operations, demand approvals, and system issue tracking
  • Monitor and guide the TWH mailbox and issue tracker to ensure timely resolution and system stability
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement across billing and demand processes
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in workforce planning, finance operations, or system administration
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving process improvements
  • Experience coordinating with finance and business stakeholders to implement billing workflows
  • Solid understanding of demand planning and real estate strategy alignment
  • Hands-on experience with system development cycles, including UAT and issue resolution
  • Ability to manage and mentor junior team members across operational and technical functions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing requisition approval workflows and demand clean-up processes
  • Experience of managing issue tracking and mailbox monitoring for system support
  • Familiarity with TWH or similar workforce management systems
  • Exposure to enterprise billing systems and GL mapping
  • Understanding of real estate footprint planning and location strategy
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
