Manager Zone

We are currently seeking profiles through recruitment agencies for the position of Manager Zone based in Ruwais, UAE .

Candidate Profile Required:

• Mechanical Engineer by qualification (Bachelor’s Degree mandatory)
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry
• Strong experience in Shutdowns / Turnarounds and EPC projects
• Proven experience in handling large-scale site operations and project execution
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, invoicing, and profitability management
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors
• Strong understanding of HSE, Quality, and contractual compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall project site operations in Ruwais
• Deliver projects safely, within budget, on schedule, and as per client specifications
• Oversee planning, mobilization, execution, and closeout activities
• Manage project risks, variations, and client communications
• Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment
• Monitor project financial performance and cost control measures
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and vendors
