Job Summary:
The Managerial Staff will lead, plan, and coordinate construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They are responsible for strategic decision-making, resource management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day project operations and ensure effective coordination between departments.
  • Lead teams of engineers, quantity surveyors, and site staff to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop project strategies, schedules, and budgets.
  • Review and approve contracts, variations, and procurement plans.
  • Monitor project performance and prepare progress and financial reports for senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Provide mentorship and performance evaluations for junior staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction project management within the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts (FIDIC), cost control, and project planning.
