Project Manager (ERP Software)

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for ERP implementation phases.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Stakeholder & Team Management:
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of the project.
• Lead cross-functional project teams including IT, Finance, HR, Operations, and external consultants.
• Facilitate regular meetings and communication between stakeholders.
• Risk & Issue Management:
• Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues to avoid project delays or scope creep.
• Maintain change control process and manage scope variations.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and properly archived.
• ERP System Knowledge:
• Understand ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, CRM, etc.
• Oversee system configuration, data migration, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure the ERP system is implemented in line with business processes and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of project management experience.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP workflows.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
