Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Product Manager to join our team and manage our mobile core services portfolio. This role is responsible for the product strategy and execution of our voice and data plans, with a strong focus on enhancing Customer Value Management (CVM), add-ons, and platform initiatives to drive retention and growth within our
enterprise segment
. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who understands the telecommunications industry and is passionate about using technology, including AI, to create compelling customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & AI Integration: Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for mobile core services. Identify opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning to improve existing products, specifically focusing on predictive churn analysis and developing and Next Best Offer (NBO) models to drive significant value.

Agile Product Ownership: Act as the Product Owner for core service initiatives, defining and prioritizing the product backlog, writing user stories, and working directly with engineering teams to deliver features in an agile/Scrum environment.

Customer-Centric Innovation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify customer pain points. Design and launch data-driven solutions and features that enhance user satisfaction, such as personalized plan recommendations or AI-powered self-service tools.

Enterprise Mobility Focus: Drive the product strategy for enterprise-specific mobile services, including specialized voice and data plans, corporate add-ons, and mobility solutions tailored to business needs. This includes understanding the unique challenges of B2B customers, across different verticals.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data modelling to track product performance, analyze revenue mix, and inform pricing strategies and monitor regularly.

Revenue and Pricing Management: Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies to meet revenue targets. Monitor product performance and assist in creating growth strategies for CVM and retention initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, marketing, analytics, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution. Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring product strategies meet both customer needs and business goals.

Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis, including the adoption of new technologies like AI, to keep our products competitive.

Performance Analysis: Track and report on key business metrics and KPIs, including customer acquisition, retention rates, and revenue, to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.

Individual Contribution: This is a hands-on individual contributor role with no direct reports. The candidate must be able to act autonomously, drive projects forward, and execute tasks independently.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.

Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in product management in e-commerce, Fintech or telecommunications industry. Proven track record of delivering customer-centric solutions and driving revenue growth.

Technical Acumen: A strong understanding of the technical aspects of telecommunications services, including mobile core networks, billing systems, and platform APIs.

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL). Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
