POSITION PURPOSE:

An experienced professional with exposure in Heading the planning, cash flow management, project coordination function of Group level, etc

Key Accountabilities:

Project Plan, Cash flow management, Progress Reports, MIS, RERA works, Construction strategy, Risk management, Business plan, Explore new techniques for projects, Project coordination

A. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Project plan

a) Analyse schedule prepared by team and give necessary guidance to make it effective.

b) Identify critical resources.

c) Monitor plan.

2) Cash flow management

a) Inputs given to team for cash flow distribution.

b) Monitor cash flow periodically.

3) Progress Reports

a) Analysing of weekly reports.

b) Review of fortnight progress presentation.

4) MIS

a) Present MIS to all directors every month.

b) Discuss important decision and issues.

5) RERA

a) Quarterly progress percentage update.

b) Registration of any new projects with engineering certificate.

6) Construction strategy

a) Identify various strategies for timely start & completion.

7) Risk management

a) Advise probable risk associated in project.

8) Business plan

a) Prepare business plan for all projects.

b) Monitor and analyse the plan vs actual works.

9) Explore new techniques for projects

a)Prepare EVA analysis.

b) Prepare capital budgeting techniques like NPV, IRR for new projects.

10) Project coordination

a) Site visit.

b) Coordinate with internal stakeholders for effective resolution.

c) Coordinate with consultants, contractors.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

 BE Civil / B. Tech with NICMAR (Preferred)

B. SKILLS Required: Project Planning, Stakeholder management, Resource management, decision-making, result orientation, communication.
