The Role

Our client is seeking a commercially driven and strategically minded Managing Director to lead and expand operations in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a seasoned leader with deep market expertise, strong client relationships, and a proven track record of driving growth within the Kingdom.


The Managing Director will be responsible for overseeing business performance, leading multidisciplinary teams, strengthening client partnerships, and positioning the agency as a market leader in KSA.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the agency’s vision and growth strategy in Saudi Arabia aligned with regional and global objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams within the KSA market
  • Act as a senior advisor to clients on brand, communications, and transformation strategies

Business Growth & Commercial Performance

  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall financial performance
  • Lead new business development efforts, including pitching and client acquisition
  • Expand and diversify the client portfolio across key sectors in Saudi Arabia

Client Leadership

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and key decision-makers
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, integrated marketing and communications solutions
  • Champion client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and delivery excellence
  • Implement best practices across processes, governance, and performance management
  • Ensure alignment with regional and global standards

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team across strategy, creative, and client servicing
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and performance-driven culture
  • Attract, retain, and mentor top talent in the Saudi market

Market Expertise & Representation

  • Act as a key spokesperson and representative of the agency in Saudi Arabia
  • Leverage deep understanding of local culture, consumer behavior, and regulatory landscape
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in digital transformation, media, and communications


Key Requirements

  • 12–18+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or communications, with significant leadership exposure
  • Proven experience leading business operations in Saudi Arabia or the GCC, with strong knowledge of the KSA market
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing P&L
  • Strong network of senior client relationships within Saudi Arabia
  • Experience leading integrated campaigns across creative, digital, media, and data
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach
