About Us

We’re a fast-growing insurance comparison business helping customers easily compare and purchase coverage across categories like pet, travel, renters, auto, life, and more. Soon we will also expand outside of insurance to other financial products and beyond.

We’re building a world-class content engine behind the business, and we’re looking for a Managing Editor to help run the content calendar day-to-day, improve systems, and create operational clarity as we scale.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage the editorial production calendar
• Coordinate writers, editors, freelancers, and subject matter experts
• Ensure articles are published accurately, on time, and at a high quality standard
• Improve editorial workflows, SOPs, QA systems, and publishing processes
• Help manage large-scale content updates and refresh projects
• Work closely with SEO, marketing, product, and partnerships teams
• Maintain editorial consistency, tone, formatting, and compliance standards
• Help implement AI-assisted editorial systems and workflows responsibly
• Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and managing freelance contributors and editors
• Ensure content meets EEAT and consumer trust standards

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing editorial operations for a digital publisher, affiliate site, SaaS company, or comparison website
• Strong understanding of SEO and search-driven content
• Experience using CMS platforms such as WordPress
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and moving priorities
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Strong written communication skills
• Experience improving operational systems and workflows

Bonus Points

• Experience in insurance, personal finance, fintech, or consumer publishing
• Experience managing large-scale content refreshes
• Familiarity with AI tools and AI-assisted publishing workflows
• Experience with analytics tools like GA4, Ahrefs, or Search Console
• Experience managing distributed remote teams
