Managing Partner

The Managing Partner is responsible for leading the firm’s overall strategy, operations, financial performance, and growth. This role works closely with partners, executives, and stakeholders to ensure the business meets its goals and maintains high standards of service and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Set and execute the company’s strategic direction.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and improve business efficiency.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
• Build and maintain strong client, partner, and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate senior teams and department heads.
• Identify new business opportunities and support revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies.
• Resolve operational issues and support long-term business stability.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in a senior management or partnership role.
• Strong financial, operational, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to make high-level decisions and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and corporate governance.

Pay: QAR115.00 - QAR550.00 per hour
