Managing Partner

Job Overview

The Managing Partner is responsible for leading the overall strategy, operations, and growth of the business. This role works closely with other partners and senior leaders to drive profitability, improve performance, and ensure long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and execute the company’s strategic direction and business priorities.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Lead and mentor senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
• Identify growth opportunities, expansion plans, and market positioning strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in senior management, partnership, or executive leadership roles.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to build business relationships and drive growth.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in professional services, consulting, legal, accounting, or investment firms.
• Demonstrated success in strategic planning and organizational development.
• Familiarity with compliance and governance in partnership-based organizations.

Pay: QAR114.00 - QAR138.00 per hour
