We’re now looking for a Human Resource Generalist to join our team, helping us attract, develop, and retain top talent while maintaining a collaborative and thriving workplace.

Job Description:
We’re seeking an HR Specialist to join our growing team! You’ll own the recruitment process and HR operations that empower our employees, enhance team productivity, and support professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment efforts from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
• Ensure new employees feel supported and integrated into the company culture.
• Advise managers and staff on HR-related questions and employee relations.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Oversee HR systems and payroll coordination.
• Support performance reviews, learning programs, and career growth initiatives.
• Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-energy office environment.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, talent management, or people operations.
• Fluent in English & Mandarin.
• Strong knowledge of HR workflows, compliance, and labor regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Bonus:
