We’re now looking for a Human Resource Generalist to join our team, helping us attract, develop, and retain top talent while maintaining a collaborative and thriving workplace.

Job Description:
AFM Agency is looking for a hands-on HR Specialist to drive recruitment and manage HR operations in a fast-paced, creative environment. You’ll help us scale our team while maintaining a positive, inclusive, and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
• Ensure smooth integration and employee engagement.
• Advise managers on HR policies and employee relations.
• Implement and monitor HR policies and compliance standards.
• Maintain HR systems and assist with payroll coordination.
• Support performance management, professional development, and training initiatives.
• Cultivate a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years in HR, people operations, or talent management.
• Fluent in English & Mandarin.
• Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and labor law.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred / Bonus:

• Experience in creative, tech, or agency environments.
• Familiarity with U.S. and international HR practices.
• Experience building HR functions in growing organizations.
