Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineer

Duration: Contract (3 Months) + Possible extension/ FTE

Location: Titusville, FL

We’re seeking a Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineer for a 3-month contract role supporting warehouse automation and design. This position blends the rigor of aerospace warehousing with the agility of high-volume fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

Develop rate and capacity models for tooling and inventory
Build and optimize storage layouts using AutoCAD
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Tooling, etc.)
Lead design reviews and ensure thorough documentation of technical decisions
Support inventory movement and participate in process improvement initiatives (Kaizen)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
4+ years of relevant engineering experience
Proficiency in 2D CAD (AutoCAD preferred)
Strong project management and communication skills
