As a Manufacturing Engineer you will be an integral part of our Operations team. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and contribute to the success of our Operations initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste, streamline workflows, and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Communicate effectively across departments to ensure alignment on production goals, quality standards, and timelines.
• Lead problem-solving initiatives to address production challenges and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, and throughput.
• Resolve production issues and delays by coordinating resources and implementing timely solutions.
• Identify and implement cost-reduction strategies while maintaining or improving product quality.
• Train and mentor teams on new and existing processes, standard work, and continuous improvement practices.
• Drive productivity and efficiency improvements through process optimization and workforce engagement.

Essential Criteria:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Teamworking skills
• Remaining in a sitting position for prolonged periods.
• Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Minimal travel when needed (5% of the time)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
