Marble & Ceramic Foreman

We are looking for a skilled Marble & Ceramic Foreman with hands-on experience in both marble and ceramic works, including cutting, installation, and finishing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities and ensuring high-quality execution of marble and ceramic installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate marble and ceramic cutting, shaping, polishing, and installation.
• Ensure proper finishing and alignment of marble and ceramic surfaces.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications for installation work.
• Lead and manage a team of technicians and laborers on-site.
• Maintain safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor material usage and manage inventory of tools and supplies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to marble and ceramic works.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marble and ceramic installation, cutting, and finishing.
• Strong leadership and site supervision skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Manual UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Projected Total Compensation: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

License/Certification:

• Manual UAE driving license (Required)
