Marble Estimator (QS / Estimator)

Open to GCC & Overseas Candidates

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QS / Estimator – Marble & Granite to handle cost estimation, tender analysis, and project support for marble and granite works. Candidates currently based in Bahrain or other GCC countries are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and final quotations based on drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Analyze tender and enquiry documents, scope of work, and client requirements
• Develop detailed cost estimates from architectural and technical drawings
• Work on site layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings
• Provide value engineering and alternative solutions to clients
• Attend and represent the company in site meetings and technical discussions
• Coordinate with suppliers to source quality materials when required
• Ensure strong knowledge of marble and granite fixing methods for wall cladding and flooring

Requirements

• BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent
• 5–7 years of experience as a QS / Estimator in Marble & Granite projects
• Strong knowledge of marble, granite, and stone materials
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel
• Ability to read, interpret, and prepare detailed drawings
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills

Candidate Location

• Candidates based in Bahrain, UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, or other GCC / Middle East countries are encouraged to apply
• Prior GCC experience will be an advantage
