Contribute to the development and implementation of the hotel’s media and marketing strategy, driving awareness and positioning The Lana and its outlets as leading destinations in Dubai.

Build and nurture strong relationships with PR agencies, media outlets, influencers, industry partners, and stakeholders to secure impactful press coverage, features, and meaningful collaborations.

Coordinate press visits, interviews, and media events, ensuring seamless execution and positive brand representation at every touchpoint.

Plan, organize, and execute marketing and PR events—from concept development to post-event reporting—ensuring alignment with The Lana’s brand identity and delivering memorable experiences that enhance media visibility and guest engagement.

Support the creation and distribution of The Lana’s PR materials such as press releases, media kits, fact sheets, to effectively communicate key messages, initiatives, and brand stories.

Oversee the development, production, and maintenance of all brand identity assets and hotel collateral in line with Dorchester Collection’s brand standards, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely re-orders.

Prepare ad hoc reports including media coverage analysis, social media performance reports, to inform decision-making and track ROI.

Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications F&B Marketing Manager and broader marketing team, supporting various projects, and assisting the F&B Marketing Manager in their absence.

Lead the social media strategy and execution for The Lana’s signature dining destinations—Jara by Martín Berasategui and Bonbon Café Angelo Musa. This includes content planning, creation, scheduling, daily management, monitoring, community management and performance reporting.

Align content and communication strategies with chefs and their teams, ensuring brand voice, storytelling, and messaging remain authentic and engaging. You will also plan and coordinate their visits, managing media interviews and related engagements to maximize exposure and brand impact.

Coordinate and oversee F&B-related photoshoots and video productions, ensuring all visual assets reflect Dorchester Collection’s premium aesthetic and storytelling. Collaborate with content creators to craft compelling digital content.

Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and identify new opportunities for creative campaigns and initiatives that enhance The Lana’s digital and media presence.

Provide occasional administrative support during the Marketing Coordinator’s absence to ensure continuity in operations.
