Marcom Manager (A Brand, WECA region)

ASBIS is seeking a Marcom Manager to develop and execute marketing communication strategies tailored to the WENA region audience. This role involves crafting and disseminating compelling content, managing campaigns, and utilizing various marketing channels to engage and influence other businesses. The manager will play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand marketing and communication strategy aligned with vendor guidelines, business objectives, and regional market specifics.
  • Ensure full compliance with vendor brand standards across all marketing communications, retail executions, and campaigns.
  • Analyze the WENA region market, conduct competitive analysis, and provide benchmarking insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, PR, and partner channels (if available)
  • Coordinate marketing support for new product introductions across retail channels.
  • Develop retail marketing materials including POSM, in-store communication, both organized and non-organized.
  • Support partner marketing initiatives, co-marketing activities, and local retail promotions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with retail performance priorities.
  • Manage PR initiatives, media placements, and creative brand awareness projects.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and evaluate ROI of marketing initiatives
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting in accordance with the internal rules of the Company and Vendor requirements.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in marketing communications, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in English, working knowledge of French is an advantage.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools.
  • Ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Excellent project management and team leadership skills. Practical experience of organizing and conducting marketing activities (with the presence of real-world examples to prove their feasibility and effectiveness)
