Marine Engineer

Based in Fujairah, one of the UAE’s key maritime hubs, we are committed to delivering high-quality technical expertise and reliable marine solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Marine Engineer to join our growing team.

Position Overview

The Marine Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, inspecting, and supporting the operation of marine equipment and vessel machinery. This role requires strong technical knowledge of marine systems, the ability to diagnose mechanical issues, and experience ensuring vessels operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair marine engines, propulsion systems, and onboard machinery.
• Monitor vessel systems to ensure optimal performance and operational safety.
• Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical diagnostics.
• Ensure compliance with maritime safety regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and maintain technical reports, maintenance records, and inspection logs.
• Coordinate with operations teams, suppliers, and technical service providers.
• Assist in the installation and testing of marine equipment and mechanical systems.
• Support vessel operations during docking, repairs, or inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marine Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marine engineering or vessel maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of marine engines, hydraulic systems, and shipboard machinery.
• Familiarity with maritime safety standards and engineering regulations.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently in a marine environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
