Marine Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Marine Mechanic to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot diesel and petrol engines for boats and yachts. The role ensures optimal performance, safety, and reliability of marine vessels.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel & petrol marine engines
• Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot mechanical faults in engines, fuel systems, and cooling systems
• Handle engine overhauls, replacements, and tuning
• Maintain service records and reports
• Ensure compliance with marine safety and operational standards
• Assist in sea trials and performance testing

Requirements

• Diploma/Certification in Mechanical or Marine Engineering
• 3–6 years of experience in marine or automotive engine repair
• Strong knowledge of outboard/inboard engines
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics

Preferred

• Experience with luxury yachts or high-performance boats

Pay: QAR4,500.00 per month
