Blue Sea Facilities & Marine Services LLC is seeking a Marine Operations Coordinator to support daily vessel operations, port coordination, and logistics activities. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate vessel schedules, port calls, and marine logistics operations
• Liaise with port authorities, agents, and service providers
• Monitor vessel movements and ensure timely operational updates
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation
• Support crew logistics, including transport and accommodation arrangements
• Ensure compliance with local maritime regulations and company procedures
• Handle day-to-day coordination of offshore and onshore activities
• Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in marine operations, shipping, or logistics coordination
• Knowledge of port operations and vessel documentation
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
