Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Market Research Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and analysis of research projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and is passionate about uncovering insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and implementing qualitative and quantitative research studies
  • Coordinate research projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and trend tracking
  • Manage survey distribution, data collection, and respondent engagement
  • Clean, organize, and analyze data using research tools and software
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and visual summaries of findings
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support research activities
  • Maintain research databases and documentation for future reference

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in market research or a similar role
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools (e.g., SPSS, Tableau, or similar is a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey)
  • Familiarity with data visualization techniques
  • Understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics in the Middle East region
