Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive market research strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.

Leverage in-depth knowledge of IQVIA, AWACS, and CMARC datasets to extract and analyze sales and prescription data.

Transform data into actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Execute comprehensive market research plans, including primary and secondary research.

Manage market research projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate market research insights into business strategies.

Build, develop, and lead a high-performing market research team.

Effectively communicate research findings to key stakeholders, including senior management, marketing, sales, and R&D.

Manage market research budgets and resources efficiently.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging research methodologies, and competitive landscape.

Analyse the data trends and give suggestions for the long range plans for specific therapy//brand or business unit

Work closely with the strategy team and the business development team on various projects for ensuring business outcomes and new product suggestions
Skills & Competencies:

Experience in leading and managing market research teams.

Experience in budget management and resource allocation.

Experience in handling market research tool – IQVIA, AWACS, HealthPlix, SMSRC CMARC etc is important.
