Role Designation: Market Research- Lead(AGM/DGM)

Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of experience In Market Research with a strong focus on Pharmaceutical Industry

Qualification: Advance Degree in Market Research, Statistics or a related field

Job Location: Mumbai


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive market research strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of IQVIA, AWACS, and CMARC datasets to extract and analyze sales and prescription data.
  • Transform data into actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Execute comprehensive market research plans, including primary and secondary research.
  • Manage market research projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate market research insights into business strategies.
  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing market research team.
  • Effectively communicate research findings to key stakeholders, including senior management, marketing, sales, and R&D.
  • Manage market research budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging research methodologies, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyse the data trends and give suggestions for the long range plans for specific therapy//brand or business unit
  • Work closely with the strategy team and the business development team on various projects for ensuring business outcomes and new product suggestions


Skills & Competencies:


  • Experience in leading and managing market research teams.
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and data mining.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
  • Experience in handling market research tool – IQVIA, AWACS, HealthPlix, SMSRC CMARC etc is important.
  • Experience and expertise in forecasting tools for the market & Portfolio
