Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular market research and field visits to collect data on competitors, pricing, new products, and market movements.
  • Identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and potential business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update market intelligence databases.
  • Prepare detailed market analysis and competitor reports for management.
  • Support the marketing and sales teams with actionable insights for product positioning, pricing, and promotion strategies.
  • Gather feedback from retailers, distributors, and customers to assess market demand and satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry developments, government policies, and economic indicators that may impact the business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share findings and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and presentations on market trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in market research, field sales, or business intelligence (freshers can also apply for junior roles).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently and conduct on-ground market studies.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
