Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular market research and field visits to collect data on competitors, pricing, new products, and market movements.
- Identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and potential business opportunities.
- Maintain and update market intelligence databases.
- Prepare detailed market analysis and competitor reports for management.
- Support the marketing and sales teams with actionable insights for product positioning, pricing, and promotion strategies.
- Gather feedback from retailers, distributors, and customers to assess market demand and satisfaction.
- Monitor industry developments, government policies, and economic indicators that may impact the business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share findings and contribute to strategic planning.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and presentations on market trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in market research, field sales, or business intelligence (freshers can also apply for junior roles).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and conduct on-ground market studies.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
