- Conduct field surveys to identify existing elevators and escalators from different brands across assigned areas.
- Record technical and commercial details such as brand, capacity, speed, number of stops, type of elevator, installation year, and maintenance provider.
- Collect building information, including location, type (residential, commercial, hospital, etc.), and contact details of facility managers or building owners.
- Ensure data accuracy and proper categorisation for easy reference by the sales and marketing teams.
- Follow company policies, data privacy, and ethical standards while collecting and reporting information.
- Represent the company professionally during field visits and interactions with clients, consultants, and property representatives.
