Job Title: Full-Service Digital Marketer (Content Studio + Ads Expert)

Job Type: Contract / Part-Time / Full-Time (Flexible)

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and self-sufficient Digital Marketer who owns or has access to a professional content creation studio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end marketing execution from content production to campaign management and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality marketing content (video + photo)
• Handle full editing (reels, ads creatives, social media content)
• Develop and execute marketing strategies across platforms
• Run and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions
• Manage content publishing and boosting strategies
• Track performance and provide insights/reporting

Requirements:

• Must have access to own studio setup (camera, lighting, etc.)
• Proven experience in digital marketing and ad management
• Strong portfolio of content creation (video + social media campaigns)
• Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media marketing
• Ability to handle complete marketing cycle independently

Preferred:

• Experience working with brands/startups
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills
