By combining hospitality, real estate expertise, and lifestyle-driven branding, we create unforgettable stays for our guests. Now, we’re looking for a Social Media Manager with a creative edge and real estate experience to elevate our digital presence and brand storytelling.

Role Overview

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be the creative force behind Livbnb’s online identity. From crafting content and managing campaigns to driving engagement and building our community, you’ll ensure our brand stands out in Dubai’s competitive holiday homes and real estate market.

You’ll work closely with our design, marketing, and revenue teams to develop visually stunning, engaging, and conversion-driven campaigns that resonate with both homeowners and guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Scheduling : Plan, design, and publish daily/weekly content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more using tools like Planable.
  • Copywriting & Storytelling : Write compelling captions, ad copy, and scripts that capture Livbnb’s luxury lifestyle tone.
  • Creative Direction : Lead the visual direction for shoots, reels, and campaigns to ensure premium, on-brand production.
  • Design & Editing : Create/edit visuals with CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.
  • Campaign Management : Plan and execute seasonal promos, collaborations, and homeowner-focused campaigns.
  • Community Management : Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build meaningful online relationships.
  • Analytics & Reporting : Track KPIs, monitor performance, and refine strategies to boost reach, engagement, and leads.
  • Trendspotting : Stay ahead of digital trends, formats, and features to keep content fresh and innovative.
  • Cross-brand Support : Provide creative assets for sister brands under the LIV umbrella (Fixbnb, Livstate, Livjaza, Agents First).

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in social media management (real estate, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle preferred).
  • Proficiency with Planable, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Brevo.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Strong eye for design, branding, and aesthetics.
  • Proven ability to lead creative direction and content production.
  • Understanding of performance metrics and basics of paid campaigns.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
