Key Responsibilities

​Marketing & Lead Generation

​Campaign Management: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, and print) to increase brand visibility.

​Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to identify new market opportunities.

​Content Creation: Draft compelling copy for advertisements, newsletters, and promotional materials.

​Brand Advocacy: Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and product launches.

​Sales & Business Development

​Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients via cold calling, networking, and social selling.

​Relationship Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and nurture existing client accounts to ensure long-term retention.

​Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and pitch presentations to key stakeholders.

​Closing: Negotiate contracts and pricing to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

​To be successful in this role, you will be measured by:

​Conversion Rate: The percentage of marketing leads that become paying customers.

​Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): Keeping the cost of finding new clients within budget.

​Revenue Targets: Consistently hitting monthly sales quotas.

​Engagement: The reach and interaction levels of marketing content.
