Summary
Our firm is looking for a marketing and operations support professional to help scale our engineering services. This role combines data administration, project support, light IT functions, and digital marketing coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, technically comfortable, and able to operate effectively in a structured, fast-paced environment where accuracy and organization are critical

Duties

• Maintain and structure internal records across shared drives and spreadsheet systems, ensuring information remains accurate, up to date, and well documented.
• Leverage APIs and workflow automation tools to streamline filing tasks and manage building-related datasets within Google Sheets for reliable tracking and reporting
• Assist engineering teams with project monitoring, including submission timelines, filing status, and coordination activities.
• Manage client records and organize project documentation to support ongoing deliverables.
• Perform routine website edits and contribute to initiatives that strengthen search visibility and online presence.
• Provide entry-level IT support such as workstation setup, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of common technical issues.
• Evaluate internal data practices and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, documentation standards, and workflow consistency.

Requirements

• Familiarity with structured data management, spreadsheets, or database environments.
• Experience with website platforms such as WordPress, Wix, or similar content management systems.
• Working knowledge of SEO, outlook, google sheets, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Excellent organizational discipline, written communication skills, and ability to follow defined procedures.
• Proven capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining precision and meeting deadlines.
