Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted marketing partner
  • Develop and present marketing plans, proposals, and performance reports
  • Coordinate internal teams (creative, digital, content, analytics) to execute campaigns
  • Ensure all deliverables meet client objectives and brand guidelines
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and approvals
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Stay updated on industry trends and proactively recommend new strategies
  • Support new business opportunities with insights and documentation

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years’ experience in account management.
  • Marketing agency experience is a MUST (minimum 2 years)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social, email, paid media, SEO)
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting marketing data
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and project management software is a plus
