Marketing Account Manager

<Job Overview>
Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and serve as the primary day-to-day contact
  • Develop and translate strategy into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate internal teams to keep projects on time, on budget, and on brand
  • Review work for quality and alignment before client delivery
  • Share updates, insights, and recommendations with clients and internal teams
  • Track performance, resolve bottlenecks, and identify opportunities for growth and process improvement
  • Support new and existing client growth through onboarding, proposal development, and upsell opportunities

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years in account management, project management, or agency client service
  • Strong B2B marketing knowledge and experience managing integrated campaigns
  • Excellent communication, organization, and client-facing skills
  • Experience with ClickUp, Google Workspace, WordPress, AgencyAnalytics, Brevo, and other CRM tools
  • Proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
