Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update brand presence on food delivery aggregator platforms
- Coordinate promotions, discounts, banners, and campaign scheduling
- Monitor aggregator performance, sales reports, and customer trends
- Upload menus, product images, descriptions, and pricing updates
- Coordinate with operations team for product availability and offers
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and social media promotions
- Handle customer reviews and ratings professionally
- Work with graphic designers for marketing materials and app banners
- Maintain marketing database, reports, and promotional calendars
- Support offline marketing activities and in-store promotions
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all platforms
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing food delivery aggregators
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Basic skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with marketing tools and reporting dashboards
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and campaign performance
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple brands
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
