Marketing & Admin Secretary

You’ll support the founder in marketing, online shop upkeep, and daily admin/order flow. A hands-on role where design, organization, and execution meet.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing (Brevo, Instagram, Etsy, Shopify, Canva):
- Schedule and track Brevo email campaigns (color series, white papers, showroom outreach).
- Post to Instagram (reels, captions, hashtags), LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Maintain Etsy listings (titles, tags, photos, SEO) and prep Shopify pages.
- Light Canva editing and template updates.

Admin & Sales Support:
- Create and track sales orders, invoices, and wholesale sign-ups.
- Keep contact spreadsheets current.
- Organize digital files/folders; create labels and shipping docs.

Production Support:
- Turn sales orders into job tickets.
- Monitor materials (glass, stainless, packaging).
- Confirm shipping dates with customers.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
