We are a small but dedicated team, and we need a Marketing & Administrative Assistant who is committed, proactive, and excited to grow with us long term. Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage scheduling, emails, and client communications
  • Assist with project coordination, documentation, and data entry
  • Maintain company records and organize office files
  • Handle invoicing, ordering supplies, and answering phone calls

Marketing Assistance:

  • Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram & Facebook)
  • Create engaging content, including posts, reels, and stories
  • Capture, edit, and produce high-quality photos and videos for marketing purposes
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Assist with website updates, email marketing, and SEO strategies
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize performance

What We’re Looking For:

  • Someone who wants to be part of a growing team, not just a short term hire
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite)
  • Experience with Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus
  • A self-starter who is eager to learn and grow within the company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
