Marketing & Administrative Assistant – Property Management (Tampa)

Job Description

Real Property Management Zenith is a growing property management company in the Greater Tampa area, focused on helping property owners maximize returns while delivering excellent service.

We are looking for a Marketing & Administrative Assistant who can help generate and manage leads while supporting daily office operations. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with direct impact on company growth.

Key Responsibilities : Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Assist in managing Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram campaigns
  • Create and schedule social media content
  • Maintain and update Google Business Profile
  • Track incoming leads, calls, and marketing performance
  • Assist with website updates and landing pages

Lead Management

  • Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and website inquiries
  • Enter and track leads in CRM system
  • Follow up with prospects and schedule appointments
  • Ensure timely response to all inquiries
  • Outbound Calls to prospective leads.

Administrative Support

  • Support day-to-day property management operations
  • Prepare and organize documents and reports
  • Coordinate scheduling and appointments
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry

Qualifications Required:

  • 1+ year experience in administrative, real estate, or marketing role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and text)
  • Comfortable with computers, CRM systems, and basic marketing tools
  • Reliable and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in real estate or property management
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or digital marketing
  • Experience with CRM systems (AppFolio, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
