We are looking for a Marketing & Ads Manager to lead our paid campaigns, influencer collaborations, and brand growth strategies across projects.
Position: Marketing & Ads Manager
As the Marketing & Ads Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing paid media campaigns, seasonal marketing strategies, influencer partnerships, and cross-channel promotions. You’ll work closely with the SEO team, Content Executives, and Designers to ensure unified messaging and ROI-focused results.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Event Planning
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for product launches, seasonal events (Valentine’s, Eid, Weddings, etc.), and client promotions.
- Develop and manage marketing calendars aligned with business goals and seasonal opportunities.
- Align campaigns with competitor research and industry trends.
Paid Ads & Media Buying
- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook, Instagram, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok ad campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets, track ad spend vs ROI.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
- Set up and optimize retargeting campaigns to reduce abandoned carts and increase conversions.
Influencer & Brand Collaborations
- Identify and secure influencer partnerships for brand awareness and sales growth.
- Oversee affiliate campaigns, sponsorships, and cross-promotional partnerships.
- Track and report influencer ROI and maintain influencer databases.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track key metrics: CTR, Conversion Rate, CAC, ROAS.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports on ad performance, campaign ROI, and improvement strategies.
- Use analytics tools: Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work with the SEO Specialist to align organic and paid growth strategies.
- Collaborate with the Social Media & Content Executive to execute ad creatives, blogs, and social content.
- Coordinate with the Graphics Designer for visuals and campaign assets.
- Report directly to the Project Manager with updates and growth plans.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on ad trends and platform updates (Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest).
- Propose new marketing channels and strategies for TAB ON TECH and client projects.
- Suggest loyalty/reward programs and customer retention campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media.
- Proven experience managing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and emerging platforms.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce marketing (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, or other marketplaces).
- Experience with email/SMS automation tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, GHL, etc.).
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different clients/projects.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
