Job Purpose:

  • This role focuses on driving Business growth through the S&D Alternate Channel while ensuring seamless operations in Supply Chain and BVS. The position is key to optimizing Alternate channel performance, strengthening partner engagement, and maintaining operational excellence of Supply Chain & BVS.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans for the Alternate Channel aligned with company goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and innovative solutions to drive channel growth and competitiveness.
  • Monitor Alternate channel performance using data-driven insights; conduct regular reviews and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee partner onboarding, reconciliations, commission management, and resolve operational issues.
  • Lead and deliver strategic projects focused on digital transformation, process automation, and innovation across the Alternate Channel.
  • Manage cross-functional projects other teams to enhance channel capabilities and improve system controls.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective strategies to ensure profitable and sustainable business growth.
  • Oversee end-to-end Supply Chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics to ensure timely product availability.
  • Strengthen BVS management by ensuring timely procurement, efficient device management, robust R&R processes, and comprehensive regional support
  • Implement robust controls and process improvements to reduce operational risks and enhance efficiency across Supply Chain and BVS functions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline distribution, optimize costs, and maintain high level of regional support
  • Lead, mentor, and support the team to foster innovation, accountability, and continuous development.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

  • In principle have a minimum of Bachelors Degree or above

Work Experience:

  • Minimum Experience: 6- 8 yrs. or Above
