IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL


In this role, you will lead the development, management, and optimization of the HR function’s overall budgeting framework, while also overseeing key Total Rewards projects and initiatives. You will drive alignment with organizational goals by partnering with senior stakeholders, ensuring robust planning, forecasting, and resource utilization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, proven expertise in HR financial planning, and experience in managing Total Rewards programs, with the ability to influence decision-making at a leadership level.


HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT


  • Provide strategic support in managing the annual People & Organization (P&O) budget, ensuring alignment with Finance while driving efficiency and quality across all HR services.
  • Lead financial analysis, reporting, and dashboard preparation to deliver actionable insights on payroll trends, cost drivers, and long-term financial planning.
  • Partner with HR leadership and Finance to align budget priorities, forecast resources, and foster a culture of financial accountability and transparency.
  • Develop accurate financial forecasts using workforce data and market insights, proactively managing risks and integrating predictive analytics for strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements through strong governance, audit-ready documentation, and transparent reporting.
  • Lead employee incentive schemes, annual bonus, increments, and salary surveys to support competitive and equitable compensation practices across the organization.


WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL


Qualification

  • Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; Master`s degree preferred.


Technical Competency:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite & HRIS/HCM, Power BI
  • BI Savy
  • Data Analytics
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
