Manager Procurement (Construction)

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

• Develop procurement strategies and ensure timely purchase of construction materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Oversee procurement procedures in line with company policies and compliance.
• Ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain vendor database and monitor performance regularly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of local market trends and suppliers (not internet-based).
• Based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi or nearby cities.
