Marketing Advertising Specialist

We’re hiring a Marketing Advertising Specialist to manage and scale paid campaigns for two of Saudi Arabia’s leading e-commerce brands: Ekuep.com (B2B hospitality equipment) and Qavashop.com (coffee equipment & beans).

Role Overview

You will own end-to-end performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads—driving measurable e-commerce growth through structured experimentation, audience insight, and precise optimization.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize data-driven campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok.
• Manage monthly ad spend exceeding 100,000 SAR with a focus on ROAS and CAC.
• Analyze performance through GA4 , Data Studio , and Tag Manager , translating insights into actionable strategy.
• Design and refine conversion funnels for B2B and B2C segments.
• Collaborate with the marketing director on strategic planning and creative testing.
• Scale high-performing campaigns across markets and languages.

Requirements

• Native fluency in Arabic; Advanced professional proficiency in English
• Proven experience managing high-budget e-commerce campaigns.
• Strong command of Google Ads , Meta Ads , and TikTok Ads Manager .
• Skilled in GA4 , Google Tag Manager , and Data Studio .
• Analytical mindset with understanding of key growth metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV).
• Strong ownership, curiosity, and performance discipline.
