Role Overview

This is a senior, hands-on operations role — not a coordination job. You will manage day-to-day agency operations, oversee the backend production team, and ensure client delivery happens on time, with quality

You’ll serve as the bridge between clients, creative teams, and leadership, ensuring clarity, communication, and accountability across every moving part.

This is a fully onsite role based in our Dubai office. You’ll lead the daily rhythm — stand-ups, reviews, follow-ups, and client check-ins.

You should be obsessed with systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Be the main point of contact for assigned client accounts post-onboarding.
  • Run weekly status calls and ensure smooth communication between client and internal teams.
  • Translate client feedback into clear, actionable internal briefs.
  • Anticipate problems early and resolve delivery or expectation issues proactively.
  • Work with the founder to align on account growth strategies and deliverables.

Backend Operations

  • Manage the daily workflow of the content, design, video, and martech teams.
  • Maintain the central operations tracker (Notion / Sheets).
  • Ensure each task has a clear owner, deadline, and output standard.
  • Conduct daily stand-ups and weekly sprint reviews.
  • Oversee production of social calendars, campaigns, ABM tasks, reports, and decks.
  • Track deadlines, handoffs, and quality control across all deliverables.
  • Enforce structured SOPs for approvals, client reviews, and version control.

Reporting & Accountability

  • Maintain weekly performance dashboards and client delivery reports.
  • Track team productivity, client satisfaction, and deliverable timelines.
  • Report to the founder with insights on bottlenecks, risks, and optimizations.
  • Implement systems for continuous improvement and faster turnaround.

People & Process

  • Supervise and mentor the backend team (content, design, and video).
  • Create SOPs and templates that simplify execution.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  • Foster a culture of discipline, accountability, and problem-solving.

Skills & Experience

Must-Haves

  • 4–6 years in agency operations, project, or account management.
  • Strong grasp of content and campaign workflows (social, ABM, automation).
  • Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong command over project management tools (ClickUp / Notion / Monday).
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and internal teams in parallel.
  • Natural sense of ownership, discipline, and urgency.
  • Experience leading daily office-based operations and ensuring punctuality.

Good-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, HeyGen, Runway, Midjourney).
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn strategy, ABM campaigns, and social automation.
  • Experience working directly with founders or leadership teams
