Requirements
Key Responsibilities

Analyze data across CRM, paid ads, social, and web analytics to uncover trends and performance insights

Use AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GenAI dashboards, automation platforms) to enhance reporting, forecasting, and analysis

Build and automate dashboards to track KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and ROI
-
Conduct market and competitor research using both traditional and AI-enhanced approaches

Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies based on data insights

Collaborate with Content, Product, and Sales teams to align analytics with business goals

Design and execute A/B tests, run experiments, and support predictive modeling initiatives
What You Bring
-
3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth strategy, or business intelligence

Strong command of tools such as GA4, HubSpot, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms

Proficiency with AI/GenAI platforms for marketing insights and automation

Ability to extract actionable insights from complex data and translate them into business impact

Experience building dashboards and reports to support growth and performance tracking

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have

Hands-on experience with predictive modeling, segmentation, and personalization using AI

Familiarity with multiple digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email, paid ads, social)
