Marketing Analyst

Hitapps is a GameDev company specializing in Puzzle Games. We have several successful products in both categories with a combined total of over 150M+ downloads, and we are regularly featured in the top charts in the Games section.

Currently, we are in search of a skilled Marketing Analyst, whom we will entrust with analytics and optimizing our UA campaigns.

Your Role:
  • Evaluate UA effectiveness (CPI, ROAS, CAC, Retention per channel) and suggest improvements;
  • Providing insights on growth opportunities;
  • Conducting A/B tests and analyzing their results;
  • Vision formation for marketing analytics on our projects;
  • Analysis of trends in the gamedev market;
  • Work closely with the marketing and development teams.
What makes you a perfect fit?
  • Relevant work experience of at least 3 years in gamedev projects;
  • Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and A/B testing;
  • Experience with databases, proficient in SQL;
  • Proficiency in Python for data processing and analysis;
  • Ability to present the results of analyses and research.
Will be a plus:
  • Experience with BI tools (Looker/Tableau/Power BI);
  • Understanding of ad monetization flow principles.
