We are looking for a data-driven Marketing Analyst / CRM & Insights Lead who will be responsible for integrating sales, footfall, CRM, and market data to deliver accurate insights, dashboards, and analytics that support leasing, pricing, and overall commercial decision-making.


Key responsibilities:

  • Builds the company’s data and analytics backbone for malls and lifestyle assets.
  • Integrates tenant sales, footfall, CRM, and market data into accurate, actionable insights.
  • Develops Power BI dashboards and monthly/quarterly performance reports.
  • Owns the CRM framework, ensuring clean data, workflows, and reporting quality.
  • Supports Leasing, Marketing, and Asset Management with pricing insights, benchmarking, and performance analytics.


Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong analytics & reporting (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Advanced Excel).
  • CRM management (Zoho, HubSpot, Yardi integration).
  • Retail KPIs, mall performance metrics, tenant sales analysis, footfall analytics.
  • Dashboard design, data accuracy, and business intelligence.
  • Stakeholder management across Leasing, TR, FM, Marketing, and IT.
  • Ability to translate data into commercial recommendations and work under tight deadlines.
