Marketing and Admin Executive


Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and high-energy Marketing and Admin Executive to join our Islamabad team. This is a pivotal "front-of-house" role designed to bridge the gap between our UK-based clients and our technical accountancy team. You will be responsible for managing the lead lifecycle in HubSpot , driving client engagement, and providing essential administrative support to ensure our accountants can focus on delivering expert financial services.


Key Details

  • Location: Islamabad, Pakistan (On-site).
  • Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM PKT (Aligned with UK business hours).
  • Salary Range: PKR 100,000 – 130,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience).
  • Reports to: Head of Operations.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Client Engagement

  • Lead Management: Act as the first point of contact for new leads generated via the website, ensuring all data is pulled into HubSpot and every action is meticulously logged.
  • Outbound Outreach: Call potential clients to introduce our UK-based property accountancy and mortgage services.
  • Client Success & Upselling: Contact existing clients to discuss additional services, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Lead Nurturing: Manage automated email "drip" campaigns in HubSpot to keep the firm top-of-mind for potential leads.
  • Social Proof & Branding: Proactively reach out to clients for Google Reviews and testimonials, and assist in managing the company’s LinkedIn presence.


Operational & Admin Support

  • Information Chasing: Free up the accountancy team by calling clients to request missing financial documents and required information.
  • Onboarding Support: Manage the initial client onboarding process, including sending out welcome packs and engagement letters.
  • Workflow Coordination: Act as a liaison between clients and accountants to handle routine queries and follow-ups.
  • CRM Hygiene: Maintain a clean, up-to-date HubSpot database to ensure accurate reporting for UK-based management.


Essential Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a sales, customer success, or high-level administrative role.
  • Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills; you must be confident speaking with UK-based business owners.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HubSpot and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Mindset: A "hunter" mentality for leads combined with the organisational discipline of an administrator.
