About the Role
We are seeking a
Marketing & Admin Assistant
to provide structured support across marketing, events, and operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple projects. You’ll support event logistics, marketing execution, and administrative processes—ensuring internal systems, activities, and communications run smoothly.
Professional presentation, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset are essential, as the role may occasionally include client-facing support during events and activations.
Key Responsibilities
Data & Administration

Maintain and update Excel trackers for vendors, clients, and partners.

Keep event calendars, marketing calendars, and activity timelines accurate and up to date.

Compile engagement and survey data for internal reports.

Organise client documents and event materials on OneDrive and SharePoint.

Record key dates such as renewals, follow-ups, and milestones.

Support the setup, structure, and maintenance of digital filing systems.
Marketing & Community Support

Assist with updating and creating marketing materials (flyers, headers, templates) using Canva.

Capture short videos and photos at events for internal and social media use.

Support preparation of monthly newsletters and campaign materials.

Assist with posting and engaging with the company’s Instagram/community during events.
Research & Event Coordination

Conduct weekly research on industry trends and competitor activities.

Coordinate with vendors and assist with on-ground logistics before, during, and after events.

Prepare materials, visuals, and checklists for upcoming campaigns and activations.
Requirements

Strong administrative and organisational skills.

Proficiency in Excel, OneDrive, SharePoint, Canva, and social media platforms.

Well-presented with confident English communication (professional/conversational).
