Marketing and Business Development Intern

About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and digitally aware Marketing & Business Development Intern to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who understands the basics of digital marketing and wants to gain practical experience in client acquisition, lead generation, and business growth through platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying potential clients and business opportunities on Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn.
• Support the digital marketing team in writing and sending proposals, managing client communication, and maintaining follow-ups.
• Help research market trends, competitors, and client needs for digital marketing services.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to prepare professional marketing materials and portfolios.
• Maintain and update CRM records of leads, prospects, and client communications.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for brand growth, campaign ideas, and outreach strategies.

Requirements:

• Must be available full-time (Monday–Friday).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services (social media management, SEO, Google Ads, etc.).
• Familiarity with Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn for client outreach and freelancing business.
• Strong communication and writing skills for proposals and client handling.
• Enthusiastic attitude toward learning sales, marketing, and client relationship management.
• Organised, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
