Marketing and Communications Manager

As the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will shape and execute strategies that highlight the organization’s achievements and position Dubai as a global leading RDI hub.


The Marketing and Communications Manager will create marketing and media campaigns, engage diverse audiences, and build a strong global brand presence by driving campaigns that elevate the organization’s profile and support its innovation-led objectives.



Your Responsibilities

• You will develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications plans aligned with RDI goals to enhance global presence and attract talent

• You will create compelling content and digital campaigns across platforms to engage diverse audiences

• You will coordinate with internal teams to promote achievements, milestones, and success stories

• You will manage stakeholder communications to ensure consistent messaging

• You will analyze market and audience insights to refine strategies and measure impact

• You will plan and deliver high-profile events, conferences, and

announcements that showcase Dubai’s RDI agenda

• You will develop and implement crisis communication plans to manage reputational risks and ensure timely, coordinated responses across stakeholders and media channels

• You will maintain brand guidelines to ensure all communications reinforce organizational values and global positioning

• You will lead media and press engagement, including managing direct outreach to local and international outlets and coordinating with government press offices

What Dubai Future Foundation offers?

• You will have 7+ years of progressive marketing and communications experience, ideally within RDI or technology-driven environments

• You will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• You will have proven track record in developing successful campaigns that engage both technical and non-technical audiences

• You will have strong storytelling, content creation, and editorial skills

• You will have proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media strategy, and analytics tools

• You will have excellent stakeholder management skills, including

experience engaging government, industry, academia, and international partners

• You will have experience in event planning, public relations, and crisis communication

• Proficiency in Arabic is a plus
