We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing and Communications Specialist who can lead and manage 360-degree marketing activities to strengthen Aero Smart’s presence across the MENA region. From digital marketing to event participation, content creation to client communication — you will be the brand custodian responsible for translating our enterprise vision into compelling, industry-standard marketing initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create high-quality content for website, social media, emails, and presentations.
- Optimize SEO performance, run Google paid ads on Google Search, Display & Performance Max.
- Manage and update both corporate and e-commerce websites (WordPress/Laravel).
- Script, shoot, and edit videos for training, product demos, and promotions.
- Organize and host webinars with internal experts, DJI, or key clients.
- Plan and manage Aero Smart’s presence in trade shows, expos, and events across MENA.
- Execute below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities such as roadshows, print ads, demo events.
- Lead and manage email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Omnisend.
- Handle CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot) for managing leads, reporting, and pipeline follow-up.
- Coordinate with resellers, clients, and DJI marketing teams for campaigns and co-branding.
- Execute product marketing strategy tailored to DJI Enterprise drones and key client verticals.
- Work with sales and product teams to ensure aligned messaging and campaign support.
- Analyze competitors, monitor market trends, and suggest positioning strategies.
- Provide creative support for management-directed branding or outreach campaigns.
- Ensure all marketing activities meet brand guidelines and industry standards.
- Act as Aero Smart’s marketing point of contact for partners, distributors, and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a tech-based, B2B, or drone-related company.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing (SEO/SEM/Google Ads), website CMS (WordPress), and social media strategies.
- Proven experience in content creation, video editing (Adobe Premiere/Canva/CapCut), and webinar execution.
- Experience with email marketing tools, CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot), and basic performance analytics.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks independently.
- A creative mindset with a passion for technology, drones, and innovation.
